We understand that moving is a hectic and busy time. To help, our mobile real estate lawyer can visit you at home or at your place of business to sign your closing documents. If you have a busy schedule, small children, or can’t make it to the lawyer’s office, we can accommodate with a home signing.

An extra charge of $50 applies for this service. Sign your closing documents in the comfort of your own home, or at your place of business. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

This sign at home service only applies to wills, estates, real estate purchases, real estate sales, mortgages, and refinancing transactions providing that the mortgage instructions or discharge statements are received at our offices 5 business days prior to the closing in the Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton areas.

Toronto signings are available at no extra charge at our Yonge Street and Don Mills locations.
